How to arrive at Sauze d'Oulx by airplane or train

Your arrival at Sauze d'Oulx is divided into two parts.
First, you have to arrive at Turin's Train Station: "Porta Nuova".
Second, you have to go from Porta Nuova to Sauze d'Oulx.

• Arriving at Porta Nuova from airports:
  
  You can arrive at the Turin's Airport (Aeroporto Torino Caselle), or at one of Milan's airports (Malpensa, Linate), which have more connections and flights per day.
  
  
  • From Turin's Airport to Porta Nuova Train Station
    Arriving at the Turin airport, you have to take the bus with destination the Porta Nuova Train Station of Turin. Attention there is also a stop at Porta Susa, but you must NOT get down there. The frequency is listed in the following table, while the trip duration is 40mins. The ticket price is 5euro (if you buy it on board it will cost 5.50euro).

         every 30' from 17:15 to 22:45
         every 45' from 22:45 to 23:30
    

    *There is also a train going from the airport to Turin. However it is strongly recommended NOT to choose this option because it doesn't go up to Porta Nuova Station but you will have to take another bus.
    
    
  • From Malpensa Airport (Milan) to Porta Nuova Train Station (Turin)
    From Malpensa Airport there is a bus shuttle that goes to Milan Central Station: "Milano Centrale" every 20mins from 5:30 up to 00:15. The ticket price is 5euro and trip duration 50mins. From the Milano Centrale Train Station there are almost 2 trains per hour going to Torino. The trip duration varies from 1h:20mins to 2h and the prices are from 8euros up to 25euros depending on the train type/class.
    
    
  • From Linate Airport (Milan) to Porta Nuova Train Station (Turin)
    From Linate Airport there is a bus shuttle that goes to Milan Central Station: "Milano Centrale" every 30mins from 6:00 up to 23:45. The ticket price is 3euro and trip duration 20mins. From the Milano Centrale Train Station there are almost 2 trains per hour going to Torino. The trip duration varies from 1h:20mins to 2h and the prices are from 8euros up to 25euros depending on the train connection.
    
    
  
  
• Arriving at Porta Susa from Milano Malpensa airport
  
  If you come by plane to Milano Malpensa, the fastest way to reach Turin is by taking the Shuttle Bus connection Malpensa - Turin. In this case, you will get down to the Torino Porta Susa train station, and then take the train to Sauze d'Oulx.
  There are two companies that provide a Shuttle Bus service Malpensa-Turin:

• Arriving from Torino Porta Nuova (or Porta Susa) at Sauze d'Oulx
  On Sunday 07/01/07 the trains that depart from Porta Nuova Train Station with destination Oulx Station are the following:

  6:10, 7:20, 7:50, 9:00, 11:20, 12:15, 13:15, 15:20, 17:15, 18:15, 19:15, 21:30
  

  Most of them also stop at Porta Susa (5-7min from PN to PS).
  The price is 4,30euro and the trip duration is approximately 1h:30mins.

  After arriving at Oulx train station, you have to take a bus up to Sauze d'Oulx. The price is 1.25euro and 15mins trip. The timetable for the bus is the following. Note that in the lunch break there is a four hours interval.
